In July 2020, we entered a 10-year partnership with three Regional Delivery Consortia (RDCs) across the North, South and West regions of NSW. We have the responsibility to deliver water solutions and infrastructure in the areas of:

- 3D Spatial (BIM)
- Geotechnical & Environmental
- Utility Investigations & Management
John Holland Gamuda Joint Venture
M1 Motorway Extension To Raymond Terrace: Black Hill to Tomago
NSW
A joint venture between John Holland and Gamuda is delivering the 10-kilometre southern section of the M1 Pacific Motorway extension between Black Hill and Tomago.
The project addresses a key national motorway ‘missing link’ between Sydney and Brisbane and, once complete, will remove up to 25,000 vehicles per day from key congestion points along this route.
The M1 extension will improve connectivity, efficiency, and safety for interstate motorists as well as ease congestion and reduce traffic volumes on the surrounding road network for local commuters.

Sydney Road Assets Performance (SRAP)
River Zone, NSW
In 2020, Transport for NSW (TfNSW) awarded its Sydney Road Assets Performance (SRAP) contracts, as part of a large scope of works across Greater Sydney and Blue Mountains to deliver critical road maintenance and improvement projects. Consultation Manager’s client, Fulton Hogan, was awarded the SRAP Service Provider contract for the River Zone in Sydney – an area comprising of 783 kilometres of roads.
